Introduction to the Corbett Society

The Corbett Society was founded in October of 2017 with a gathering of alumni, community and parents. In the Riverdale Grade School foyer, we celebrated Riverdale’s successes and shared the challenges the district is facing. Elliot Trommald, a Corbett family member, regaled the crowd with stories of the Dunthorpe neighborhood and Riverdale Grade School from the past. Riverdale School Foundation President Lance Steinberg and board member Hal Abrams announced the formation of the Corbett Society, an avenue through which alumni, community, grandparents, and parents can name Riverdale School Foundation in their estates and wills.
